- If the capital is shown more than the License fees than original Bank Share Capital Letter is required otherwise it is exempted
- Reference Letters from bank
Corporate shareholder
- Duly signed applications forms by the authorized signatory
- Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration or Certificate of Good Standing of the parent Company
- Attested memorandum and Articles of Association of the Parent Company
- Resolution by the board calling for the establishment of FZE/FZC in Hamriyah freezone
- Attachment of Specimen Signature, Power of Attorney and passport copy for Manager, Director and Secretary
- Appointment letter from the shareholding company of Manager
- If the capital is shown more than the License fees than original Bank Share Capital Letter is required otherwise it is exempted
Documents required for business setup as Branch Company
- Duly signed applications forms by the authorized signatory
- Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration or Certificate of Good Standing of the parent Company
- MOA (Memorandum of Association) and AOA (Article of Association) of the Parent Company
- Resolution by the board calling for the establishment of a branch in the Hamriyah freezone and guarantee full financial commitment.
