- Attachment of Specimen Signature, Power of Attorney and passport copy for Manager, Director, and Secretary
- Appointment letter from the shareholding company of Manager
- If the capital is shown more than the License fees than original Bank Share Capital Letter is required otherwise it is exempted

- Duly signed applications forms by the authorized signatory
- Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration or Certificate of Good Standing of the parent Company
- Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) of the Parent Company
